Can I preview my photos before ordering?Absolutely! Your photos will be uplaoded into the Google Drive linked to the QR code within 24 hours. For any questions or if there's still no photos up the next day, please email us at hello@zem.com.sg

I went up on stage twice and have two QR code tickets. Which one do I use?You can scan the QR codes to view both stage shots and choose which you prefer. How do I access the digital copies without watermark after payment?Softcopy version of the photos without watermarks will be uploaded back into the Google Drive (scan the QR code) within 3 working days once payment has been verified. When will my order be delivered?To provide the best service, we require time to match your photos and pack them before delivery. Your order will be delivered within 4 weeks of your order date. If you do not receive your order, please contact us at hello@zem.com.sg within 2 months from your order date.
